1. Who We Are 

TP ENA FOUNDATION (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) is a non-profit legal entity aiming to support society through educational, cultural, and social initiatives. 
The Foundation acts as a Data Controller in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). 

2. Who This Policy Applies To 

This policy applies to the processing of personal data concerning:

  • Donors/Sponsors 
  • Partners (e.g., organizations, suppliers)

Depending on your relationship with the Foundation, we may collect:
