ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Asteri tis Iridas is ENA Foundation’s programme dedicated to supporting children and families in matters of health and wellbeing in Cyprus.
Through targeted actions, partnerships and meaningful initiatives, it helps improve children’s everyday lives, strengthen the care they receive, and create better conditions of support for them and the people around them.
Δύο Ζεστές Αγκαλιές
The ENA Foundation offered a €2,000 donation to the foundation “Δύο Ζεστές Αγκαλιές”(ΛΕΜ/Ι/6), on the occasion of the charitable Fashion Show held on Wednesday 13 November 2024, at 18:00, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol.
The net proceeds of the event were allocated to support the Ronald McDonald House Charities as well as the Paediatric Surgery Department of Makarios Hospital, Nicosia, translating the contribution into tangible care for children and families.
Bebrave
Amid the warm and festive atmosphere of the Christmas village in Foinikaria, the ENA Foundation delivered a €20,000 cheque to the Bebrave association. This contribution responds to two specific needs:
- Renovation of the playroom of the Paediatric Oncology Unit — a space where children can momentarily leave their treatment behind.
- Support for families who accompany their children abroad for treatment, easing part of the financial burden so that they can focus on what matters most: their child.
We warmly thank the Foinikaria Multidimensional Cultural Centre for the hospitality and the Bebrave association for its life-changing work.
One Dream One Wish
During our visit to Makarios Hospital, we shared gifts and festive warmth with the children undergoing treatment and delivered a €10,000 cheque to the association “Ένα όνειρο μια ευχή” (One Dream One Wish).
Purpose of the donation: to make possible trips to Disneyland for children who need it, offering moments of joy, hope and carefree happiness that strengthen the spirit.
