Beginning its activities in 2025, the foundation has developed three core initiatives that address key areas of social empowerment. These actions are designed to generate long-term impact and to enhance the sustainability of the social change we seek to achieve.
FOUNDER
The founder of ENA Foundation is Mr. Tasos Papanastasiou, a successful businessman from Limassol, Cyprus. He is a dynamic entrepreneur with a passion for creating innovative ventures that span various industries. His diverse portfolio includes fintech, health-focused brands, hospitality and entertainment including the film industry.
Complementing this mission, the establishment of the ENA Foundation marks a commitment to ensuring continuous support for the people of Cyprus.
With a strong connection to his roots, Mr. Papanastasiou embraces his love for Cypriot and Greek culture. His entrepreneurial journey is marked by innovation, passion, and a dedication to making a positive impact both in business and within his community.
FOUNDER & VISIONARY
Christiana Panagi is a dynamic woman who grew up in Cyprus under difficult circumstances, yet with determination and willpower she managed to overcome the obstacles. From a young age, she stood out for her energy and empathy, qualities that shaped her into someone always willing to support and empower those around her. Her personal experience with deprivation led her to lead with authenticity and inspire trust.
With courage and vision, she went on to establish a charitable organization in Cyprus, proving that even one person can bring meaningful change. Through methodical work, she managed to mobilize volunteers, build support networks, and provide food, education, and assistance to families in need. Her actions are driven by the belief that love and collective effort can transform communities.
Her organizational skills and tireless persistence make her an effective leader, capable of sustaining her organization and organizing events with significant social impact. Her journey shows that true leadership does not require privilege but is born from resilience, compassion, and faith in a better future—proving that even through hardship, hope and change can emerge.

Panikos Symeou
Panikos Symeou is the Chief Executive Officer of the ENA Foundation. With a distinguished background in law and extensive experience in business, he combines legal expertise, strategic vision, and entrepreneurial insight to advance the Foundation’s mission. Having also served in leadership roles within other charitable organizations, Mr. Symeou brings valuable expertise in governance and philanthropy, ensuring robust management, effective resource utilization, and impactful partnerships that promote sustainable social initiatives.
Constantinos Kkaili
With a background in Sports Management and Business Administration, Constantinos has spent the past several years designing and leading social impact projects. His work focuses on inclusion, community development, and sustainable partnerships, often using sport as a catalyst for connection and positive change. As Director and Operations Lead at ENA Foundation, he brings this experience to the organization’s mission of building a supportive, united community.
Anastasia Ellina
Anastasia Ellina co-manages the ENA Foundation and leads the Grants for Change programme. With a degree in Economics and a Master’s in Sustainability, she brings deep expertise from her work as a sustainability consultant. Anastasia is driven by the belief that meaningful support must go beyond short-term relief—it should be carefully designed to equip individuals and communities with the tools and foundations they need to prosper over time.
Chris Liassides
Chris Liassides is the Financial Director of the ENA Foundation, bringing extensive experience in finance and strategic planning. He oversees the foundation’s financial operations with a focus on transparency, efficiency, and long-term impact. Chris is committed to ensuring that every resource is used wisely and purposefully, aiming to fund meaningful initiatives that generate lasting value for the Cypriot society and contribute to a sustainable future.
Rachel Demosthenous
Rachel Demosthenous is the Marketing Director of the ENA Foundation, committed to ensuring that the Foundation’s work is communicated with authenticity and impact helping connect initiatives with the people and communities they are designed to support, and strengthening the foundation’s long-term contribution to Cypriot society. With a degree in Public Relations and Marketing and a Master’s in Management, she leads the foundation’s marketing and outreach with a focus on clarity, consistency, and meaningful engagement.
